Celebrate New Year’s Day the Japanese way - with a feast!

The JCCC and Tori Ichi present the 12th annual Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre's Shin-Nen Kai on Tuesday January 1, 2012, a glorious array of delicious festive food.

Master Chef Kunio Ishii has once again teamed up with the JCCC to present a sumptuous start to the New Year.

The 2012 Shin-Nen Kai will feature door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and of course, the star of the show - an absolutely luscious buffet. Over two dozen dishes of mouth-watering Osechi Ryori (traditional Japanese New Year’ fare), sushi and yoshoku (North American fare) will tempt your taste buds. A cash bar is also provided.

To cap off the evening, the JCCC is pleased to present a short entertainment program featuring vocalist Hisaka Sakai.

Bring your friends and family to this unique New Year’s Day event like no other in Toronto. Doors open at 4:00p.m. – dinner begins at 5:00 p.m. Seating is limited so purchase your tickets today! Tickets are: $65.00 plus HST for adults, $32.50 plus HST for children 6-12, children 5 and under are free (for seating purposes, please ask for an under 5 years ticket). Groups that are 8 people or more get $5.00 off the adult price ($60.00 plus HST). The last day for tickets sales or cancellations is Friday December 21, 2012. There are no refunds after December 21st.
