About Sensing:
Sensory Awareness is a mindfulness practice which is sometimes described as meditation in motion.

In Sensing, we are guided to bring our attention to what is happening now. We can become free from habitual patterns of thinking, muscular tension, and action. We feel how each breath is new, and how it moves in us.

If you are new to meditation, you will appreciate the gentle clarity of Lee’s instruction.
