Course Description:

As many organizations are delivering programs and projects to achieve their corporate strategy, experienced professional project managers become key resources for the company success. This practical project management workshop provides the tool and techniques, real life examples, and best practices for project managers or project leaders to improve managing and delivering projects in their organization effectively.

Course Benefits:

Participants will gain hands-on skill and will be able to analysis the project requirement; create project charter, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project schedule using Microsoft Project, and cost baseline; and apply project change control. Participants, who complete the course, will earn 20 PDUs and receive a certificate.

Course Structure:

The workshop will guide students through the real project cases to practically learn project management skills. Instructor will introduce the course assignment during the workshop. Students will be divided into different groups, work on the course assignment as a project team, and complete the project management assignments together. LATIN ENERGY Dance Company offers group & private salsa lessons in Mississauga, Markham & Etobicoke for adults and kids.

Group classes are offered on Monday & Thursday evenings in Mississauga at the OPLENAC Location and on Sunday afternoons in Markham at KICKS Dance Studio.

Private lessons are offered at 118 Seventh St. in Etobicoke Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Wednesdays until 10 PM.

Most Courses are 5 weeks long.

Course fee: $75 (per person)

The 60 hour instructor-led Co-op course provides the knowledge and skill need to test software using SDLC (software Development Life
Cycle-RUP and Waterfall) standard. A series of extensive hand-on exercises guides you through the process of design document reviewing, test plan preparing, automated test cases and test tool developing and test results report generating. Through the class exercises, you gain practical experience with testing and inspection procedures and methods. The most important point is you will gain real software test experience as well as practical hand-on software testing skills.
