This listing is for a cozy private room in a residential house occupied by a nice and quiet family. Property is an 8 minute drive from the airport and is easily accessible from the airport via public transit. It is across the street from a bus stop that goes directly to the metro station and is an easy commute downtown. The property is also located walking distance from one of Toronto nicest arboretums that have miles of lovely walking trails for all of the nature lovers.
The room is a private room in a residential house where you will have your own washroom and also have shared access to a kitchen, living room containing a big screen tv, and another shared washroom on the main floor. The room contains a desk, mini fridge, cozy bed, and closet and dresser so there is lots of storage space. The location is great as it is an 8 minute drive to the airport & across the street from a bus stop that goes directly to the metro station, making a commute downtown easy. Additionally, the property is walking distance to a grocery stores, restaurants and fast food locations and is also very close to a beautiful arboretum where there are lovely walking trails where you can spot deers and rabbits frolicking around. Additionally, there is a community college across the street that has a library and swimming pool that is open to the public. So, regardless of what you interests are, you will find something fun to do while you are in town.
You will have your own private room and private washroom on the 2nd floor of the house. In addition to that, you will also have access to a shared washroom, living room, dining room and kitchen on the main floor. We also have a beautiful patio outside if you would like to sit outside and relax that will be available for you to use.

The neighborhood is in a multicultural neighborhood. It is across the street from a community college but still quite quiet. A grocery store, restaurants, fast food locations and coffee shops are all walking distance. There is also a community college across the street that has a swimming pool, library and study rooms that are open to the public. Additionally, we are a 5 minute walk away from the Hospital.
There is a bus across the street that goes directly to the subway/metro station and is only about 20 mins. There are also several other buses that are also connected to the TTC as well as the Mississauga and Brampton transit.
