â¢ Drive demand planning, supply planning and inventory planning processes for Trauma and CranioMaxilloFacial (CMF) portfolio (20,000 SKUs)
â¢ Proactively identify and either resolve directly or through business partnership any issue affecting the product flow
â¢ Owns all KPIs related to product portfolio, including LIFR, backorder, inventory, SLOB, write-off,â¦
â¢ Lead the Joints Recon and Mitek local S&OPs and co-lead the demand hand-off S&OP with global franchise. Provide input to DepuySynthes Executive S&OP
â¢ Partner with Field Assets Management team to identify opportunities and implement solutions for field assets management optimization.
â¢ Maintain master data related to demand, supply and inventory planning as well as NPI/EOL
â¢ Benchmark global best practices
â¢ Partner with global J&J sourcing companies on projects affecting the product portfolio and/or the supply network
â¢ Ensure solid partnership and end to end alignment with key stakeholders: commercial organizations, local and regional supply chain organizations (Plan, Make, Source), CLS, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Product Management
â¢ Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain, business or Engineering. Master Degree is an asset.
â¢ Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex Supply Chain environment. Experience with Demand/Supply/Inventory Planning systems and processes.
Some healthcare / regulatory dependent sector experience is desirable. Cross-sector and/or cross-functional experience is a plus.
â¢ Process Excellence and/or APICS certifications is an asset
Technical Competency requirements:
â¢ Demonstrated analytical skills, especially in the areas of process improvement and problem solving
â¢ Demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to learn
â¢ Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, incl. with higher seniority level and building partnerships to influence with limited authority
â¢ Deep understanding of demand & supply planning tools, techniques, and processes
â¢ Highly developed organizational skills â able to handle multiple high priority tasks/projects concurrently
â¢ Solutions focused orientation with a bias for action
â¢ Operating effectively in a highly matrixed environment
â¢ Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
â¢ Intermediate to advanced familiarity with MS Excel, Word and Power Point
â¢ Knowledge of SAP is an asset
