Deloitte seeks an experienced Technical Account Manager to support the business through the development, management and execution of strategic activities in support of our cyber security clients.
Account Managers work directly with Deloitte leadership teams and act as the single point of contact and accountability for operations, quality delivery and ensuring client satisfaction is achieved in our every day delivery of our services. Technical Account Managers help build and execute client strategies, optimize internal support, manage contracted deliverables, increase delivery efficiencies and assist in developing relationships with our clients as it relates to our managed security services portfolio and advisory services portfolio when required.
Primary responsibilities:
:Represent Deloitte and our cyber security services to one or more of clients ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget with quality as the top priority.
:Manage, integrate, and facilitate overall security operations ensuring team connectedness and synergies, bringing insight and innovative ideas, facilitating meetings, strategy execution, team communications, and opportunity management.
:Develop strong relationship and work day:to:day with the Lead Client Service Partners to facilitate, encourage and support relationship building and positioning of Deloitte services within the portfolio of assigned clients.
:Develop and implement account strategy; performing market research, linking our capabilities to trends, understanding firm services and offerings applicable, and development of account plan.
:Manage account level marketing, event planning, sponsorships, conferences and host executive clients.
:Support the creation of internal and external client communications and relationship development plans for account teams, including distribution of thought leadership to stakeholders and development of client:facing deliverables (e.g., relationship maps, meeting documents, newsletters, onboarding documents, engagement pursuit support, and proposals).
:Maintain ongoing reporting including opportunity management, managing contract financials, maintaining key relationships to bring insight and enhance Deloittes overall performance.
:Build relationships across internal and external ecosystem; connect with peers, subject matter experts, global counterparts, clients, vendors to develop bring ideas to the team, and help our clients mitigate risk due to cyber threats.
:Clearly articulate and execute on all issues or opportunities related to cyber security and Deloittes managed service offerings.
:Lead and facilitate the client feedback program for key relationships at the accounts

The successful candidate will have the following:
:Strong understanding of cyber security with a minimum two years working in this field
:Minimum five years of account management / business development support experience (preferably at a professional services or managed services organization)
:Professional designations such as, CISSP, or willing to pursue within the cyber space
:Proven track record in sales support of complex services to complex organizations at both the strategic and operational level
:Large account and large contract delivery support experience
:Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with focus on building relationships with internal and external clients and solving business problems.
:Ambitious, enthusiastic and proactive with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast:paced environment
:Analytical, detail oriented, and strong problem:solving and project management skills with the ability to scale effectively across a large matrix organization.
:Excellent communication and presentation skills.
