In your role, you will:
: Manage the internal and external customer expectations.
: Lead and manage the team of repair technicians who will be completing the repairs.
: Assess the project scope, provide the estimates required for the repairs and submit to the customer.
: Coordinate the interaction and manage the relationship with the Customer Response Centre and various support teams necessary to support the successful completion of the repairs.
: Manage the daily reporting to help Senior Management of Bombardier and the Customer to monitor the progress of the repairs and the timely completion.
: Validate supplier invoices and support MRT Business Manager to generate customer invoices.
: Will be mandated on extensive off site travel to coordinate and project manage the on:site repairs.
As our ideal candidate,
: You hold a Technical degree in Engineering or related field, combined with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Aircraft License (AME) would be a distinct advantage
: You have proven experience with MRT Operations completing major structural repairs.
: You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, you have the ability to work under minimum supervision in an extremely fast pace working environment and you are able to set and manage changing priorities.
: You have strong organization/time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivery schedules.
: You have strong decision making and analytical abilities.
: You have a broad and recognized technical knowledge of Commercial Aircraft including Q series, CRJ and C series aircraft groups.
: You have practical knowledge and general understanding of Product Support environment (CRC that includes THD, ISE, Spares, and Tech Pubs).
: You have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with Customers and Senior Management and you are an expert at conflict resolution.
: You are Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Lotus Notes, Outlook and PC related software.
: Extensive worldwide travel will be required.
