The J&J family is looking for driven and determined new graduates to join our Sales Leadership and Development Program, within our Consumer Healthcare business, located in Markham, Ontario.


Role Summary:


• This is a new graduate position, with a 2-2.5 year rotational program, which will get your career off to a fast start.
• You will work in a variety of positions within the sales function through two placements including: Business Development, Sales Strategy, Category Development, and Sales Analytics.
• As a member of the program, you will be assigned to either a customer or a category, building expertise and leadership skills.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, while making a real impact on iconic J&J brands.
• When you come to work, you will be part of a culture of diversity that seeks to support every employee in reaching their potential.
• As the sales perspective on your team, you will be a key player in business plans, new product launches, promotional campaigns, and all that is up and coming with our talented marketing team.
• You will get industry experience building brands and working with customers, while using your keen eye and analytical skills to ensure your brand stays on top.


Qualifications

• You are highly driven, comfortable taking initiative, and can balance multiple priorities, you could go far on the J&J team.
• Strategy and data are at the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required.
• An undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Science or Mathematics is critical, while an MBA is an asset. You are graduating in 2018.
• Effective written and oral communication skills are a requirement, as are basic computer skills.
• Through the compass of our Credo, you will demonstrate an ethics-based approach to decision-making, and take active ownership & accountability for understanding the consumer to uncover growth opportunities.
