Job Description:
• Tend to emotional well-being of the child
• Take the child to appointments
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for the infant
• Prepare infant for rest periods
• Supervise and care for the child
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Organize, activities such as games and outings for the child
• Instruct the child in personal hygiene and social development
• Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding child
• Discipline child according to the methods requested by the parents
• Bathe, dress and feed the infant
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
• Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
• Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens
• Shop for food and household supplies


Child’s age: 1 year-old baby

Work Setting: Private Home

Requirements:
- Education: Completion of high school
- Experience: At least a year of full-time experience as a caregiver is required

Important information: The employee will work from Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3PM. Flexibility on schedule is required. Overtime may be required sometimes. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.


Salary: $11.55 - $12.55 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week
