To satisfy our growing operations and upcoming projects on our Mississauga facility, we are looking for Customer Service Supervisors.
Based in Mississauga Ontario you will provide supervision to Customer Services Representatives (CSR's) and support and promote safety within the Services Business Unit.
In your role you will
Receive and process customer requests for quotation, including part identification.
Identify and act on opportunities to create new sales opportunities (Up sell)
Receive and process customer Purchase Orders.
Create, maintain, follow up all open RFQ and Sales Orders to customer and Account Manager
Become a technical expert on the equipment operated by the fleet managed by the respective CSR
Analyze inventory levels and stocking requirement to ensure parts availability in line with the appropiate contracts;
Review all costs from various vendors and establish sell prices based historical data and/or discount levels, to be uploaded into SAP. Ensure methodology and processes are clear for all Customer Service;
Deal with customer issues that arise, customer satisfaction, high pricing, late deliveries, etc. Be the direct contact with Management at all customer locations to support the customer service representatives with any ongoing issues ensuring the supervisor finds resolution with management at the customer location.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate, you possess:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
A minimum of five (5) years of strong customer service experience. Your rail and/or transit experience will be considered as a strong asset;
Excellent domain of Microsoft Office Applications;
Excellent english communication skills, both written and spoken.
