External Posting Description 13;
Answer inbound calls related to lottery and ticket inquires and provide excellent Customer Service. First level troubleshooting regarding order or ticket status. No outbound calling or sales calls.
:Provide exceptional in/outbound customer service to callers
:Handle concerns regarding lottery ticket purchases
:Resolve customer complaints (ticket not received, payment issues etc)
:Data Entry : creating and updating customer files in a customized database
:Follow up on banking issues regarding purchases
External Posting Qualifications 13;
:Completion of secondary school
:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role
:Strong verbal and written communication skills
:Strong organizational skills
:Strong Microsoft Office skills
:Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with high degree of accuracy
:Problem solving and decision making skills
:Ability to multi:task
:Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
:Ability to speak French or another language would be an asset
