Job Description: In the role of a telephone interviewer, you will be required to conduct surveys on behalf of various reputable organizations and businesses. You will be required to read scripts and conduct telephone surveys in a professional manner. The ability to follow verbal and written instructions is essential to excel in this position. Your performance will be evaluated regularly to provide feedback and constructive criticism on how to meet call center standards. There are opportunities to advance within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
• Must be able to present yourself in a professional manner while having the ability to adjust your pace and tone according to the needs of the respondent
• Conduct surveys through reading scripts the way it appears
• Record answers provided by the respondent quickly and accurately
• Must be able to maintain control of the call at all times to ensure the accuracy and integrity of survey results
• Ensure performance targets are met

Job Requirements:
• Must be bilingual (French, Farsi, Spanish, Korean, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Gujarati)
• Professionalism
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Good typing skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Call center/ customer service experience is an asset

Pay: $11.40/ hour

Excellent downtown location- walking distance to St. George or Museum subway station. Immediate start. Paid training and performance-based bonuses offered!
