This position is the primary administrative contact for accounts within designated sales territories. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the selected candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination of all activities within the order fulfilment process.

Day-to-Day Role:

  • Order management within company policies including:
    • Order processing
    • Liaison between customer account and Dart Canada team
    • Pricing and deduction resolution
    • Maintain customer account profiles and perform customer master updates
    • Coordination of returns and refusal of goods
    • Warehouse shipping capacity prioritization
    • Coordination of custom print order and graphics process including promotional order activity
    • Processing of miscellaneous billings
    • Management of inventory phase out/in process
    • Coordination of inventory allocation
    • Responding promptly to customer and sales order enquiries
    • Providing backup support as required, for order fulfilment positions
    • Participate in defining and performing against SMART goals that lift individual and department performance
  • Report generation and analysis
  • Project management for departmental process improvements
  • Prepare service metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Excellent computer skills, with intermediate level in excel,
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable to change
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • MUST be bilingual in French

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • SAP experience
