Responsibilities:
:Work with the Creative Director to develop stunning digital graphic designs for offline and online use and lead team members on projects, when needed
:Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Brand Partnership teams to create client campaigns, including contests, integrated content, and ad placements, from concept to completion
:Translate concepts effectively against objectives and deliver on schedule
:Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative design ideas for graphics and web layouts
:Work collaboratively with various teams to bring design projects from concept to completion
:Document design work and facilitate hand:off to the development team
:Create mid:to:large UI designs and wireframes to the highest technical standards
:Keep the Digital Design team informed of leading edge design technologies
:Help design responsive sites for media properties
:Provide support to UI, UX, graphic, and motion designs, as needed

Requirements:
:6+ years of design related experience in a professional environment
:A strong design portfolio supported by a good foundation in graphic design, UX/UI design experience an asset
:Exceptional aptitude with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
:An undergraduate degree or diploma in Graphic Design or Multimedia, is ideal
:Demonstrated artistic aptitude, exceptional sense of design and thorough knowledge of design theory and principles
:A background in print design/editorial layout an asset
:Strong knowledge of UX principles and UI design
:Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
:Experience working on mobile applications is an asset
:Applicants without a design portfolio will not be considered
