You will contribute to the overall success of the Collections Canada / Technology Roadmap in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the teams business strategies and objectives.
Key Job Accountabilities:
:Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
:Works closely with Director of Collections Technology, Senior Manager of Collections Canada Technology Projects, and IT and S partners to define and maintain an end to end technology roadmap for Collections Canada
:Collaborates on timeline with Collections Canada Technology Projects team, global partners, vendors, and other necessary teams across the bank to incorporate migration, integration, and optimization of Canada:wide and / or enterprise:wide point of arrival technology or new technology, where applicable, into roadmap to become best in class
:Ensures high level of communication, connectivity, and alignment among dependent teams so roadmap is strategically timed with a successful end:to:end system functionality focus
:Liaise with IT and S partners and technology vendors, acting as single point of contact for Collections Canada technology roadmap
:Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day:to:day activities and decisions.
Knowledge and Skills
:Working knowledge of retail credit products, consumer credit lifecycle,
:Knowledge of business analysis / multi:project timelines and tools
:Expert knowledge of MS applications (Work, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
:2+ years technology experience
:2+ years working in a highly technology complex environment
:2+ years experience creating technology timelines
:Strong communication / presentation skills, written and verbal, as well as highly:developed cultural sensitivity in order to operate effectively across cultural and language differences.
:Spanish speaking is an asset
Minimum Educational Qualifications
:Bachelor and acute;s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems
:PMP training or designation preferred.
