Purpose of Job:
The Business Solutions Expert is a senior technical contributor with expertise in specific business processes. Will interface with all levels of the business to understand current business processes and challenge them by identifying alternatives to the business on process re:engineering.

Work with our IT clients to gather requirements, map business process and facilitate business and IT collaborations. The individual will possess full technical knowledge on all phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application to the current and future business environment. Will also be able to create detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

Major Accountabilities:

:Collaborate as the business lead with multiple technology groups and vendors to ensure that the application, integrations, infrastructure and security architectures are designed to meet evolving business requirements.
:Meet standards for reliability, scalability, performance and availability and align with Technology roadmap.
:Formulate system scope and objectives relative to the business plan and industry requirements.
:Devising and/or modifying procedures to solve the most complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and the desired needs of the user.
:Understand the business from several points of view and align systems and processes to address critical information and automation requirements.
:Responsible for the successful implementation of specific business line solutions for projects, supporting highly complex business applications with complex integration needs across multiple technology disciplines.
:Formulate and define information systems scope, and objectives based on a thorough understanding of the requirements of the specific business line.
:Participate in all phases of the IT System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and act as a liaison between developers and business team members.
:Provide timely project status updates to the Project Manager; identifying/reporting project risks as early as possible and proactively mitigating project risks as identified.
:Provide expert knowledge of cross:functional and business processes.

Education/Work Experience/Designations:
:Hold a relevant and recognized degree and proven IT experience with an emphasis on highly complex systems/business initiatives.
:3 years of experience in managing teams or projects.
:Require advanced technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines, technologies, and processes.
:Expertise in project management disciplines/protocols.
