Prenatal fitness classes in Etobicoke. Pregnant women in all stages of pregnancy are welcome. No previous yoga experience is required.

Yoga can help alleviate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, back pain, swelling, fatigue, constipation, sciatica and leg cramps.

Yoga postures during pregnancy help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation and revitalize the internal organs. Yoga helps prepare for the birth of your child by strengthening and stretching the pelvic muscles.

Classes are taught by a registered prenatal yoga teacher and birth doula. Learn techniques to take with you into labour and childbirth.

Every Saturday: 1pm to 215pm (this class is also postnatal friendly)
Every Sunday: 4pm to 515pm
