We are looking for a strong Administrative Assistant in the downtown Toronto core.

Overview of Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Taking meeting minutes
- Assisting with data entry
- Scheduling
- Email and phone correspondence
- Liaising with external and internal clients and vendors
- Ad-hoc Administrative support

- TTC accessible location
- Growth opportunity available
- Flexible compensation rate dependant on experience

- Junior to mid level experience in administrative support
- High level of organization and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
- Highly motivated
- Corporate experience is an asset
