What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will be the client's primary point of contact for all day:to:day client related operational queries and liaising with internal operations teams, the market and project teams to ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience. You pride yourself on your exceptional client service skills, and you have a true passion for dealing with institutional clients to service their needs.
What will you do?
:Champion a positive experience for our clients while assisting them and interacting with the market and other providers
:Provide critical support for all day:to:day clients related operational issues and queries
:Act as the subject matter expert for the respective client portfolio
:Understanding of client processing implications
:Direct liaison with operations teams to resolve daily operational issues
What do you need to succeed?
:3:5 years of experience in a client management capacity in the financial industry (ideally in investor services)
:Proven track record in leading initiatives, managing cross:functional relationships
:Investor service operations experience
:Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with clients and internal
:Strong verbal and written communication skills
:Industry related courses (CSC or IFIC)
:University degree in finance or commerce
:Knowledge of systems and processes used by RBC I and TS
