Job Description 13;
The Sr. Financial Analyst for Canada is a key member of the Finance Team responsible for 90M in Sales and interacts with all major functional groups within Canada Diversey Care (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Value Chain, Customer Service, and HR). As the business partner to the Sales Leadership Team, this Senior Financial Analyst influences and drives sustainable profitable growth by providing analysis, decision support, solutions and insights.

Responsibilities:
:Become an expert of Canadian Sales portfolio with understanding of top customers, geographies, channels, sectors, products and go to market strategies to serve as value added and trusted business partner
:Drive financial results by providing Sales Leadership with greater visibility of growth and profit drivers, identifying bleeders and enhancing profitability of customer programs
:Develop longer term financial frameworks, growth drivers and pricing solutions
:Work collaboratively to complete financial analysis to ensure profitable new customer deals and assist with RFPs or RFQs
:Develop pricing recommendations and guidance on existing deals with focus on increasing margin improvement
:Understand end to end business process and recommend value enhancing solutions and processes simplification
:Enhance and deliver accurate, consistent Sales Reporting, working with North America Sales and Sales Analytics
:Create analysis to monitor end user account performance and internal sales achievement. Identify gaps and partner with Sales for solutions
:Participate in Monthly/Quarterly Sales Leadership Team meetings and communicate business performance, trends, cost management and insights
:Develop forecasts monthly with Sales Leadership Team and track results
:Partner with FP and A team to analyze results/provide commentary monthly
:Support or lead adhoc projects

Qualifications 13;
:Bachelors degree in an accounting or finance discipline. MBA, CMA, CPA a plus
:5+ years of progressive Finance work experience, preferable in a multi:national business with 2+ years of operational and strategic business partnering, working with complex financial modeling and forward thinking strategic projects and frameworks
:Inquisitive, insightful and solutions based; looking for particularities in data to bring out insights
:Ability to lead and redesign process and guide peers, project management skills a plus
:Excellent quantitative, analytical and modeling skills, good knowledge of accounting principals
:Strong self:starter, proactive rather than reactive. Ability to work independently
:Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity
:Demonstrated time management skills; prioritizing and organizing multiple analysis requests
:Strong team player; highly collaborative; ability to interact with multiple layers of leadership
:Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
:Collaborative team player, excellent interpersonal, and team:building skills
:Able to work in a fast:paced environment; able to multi:task with proven follow:through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines
