Purpose of Job:
The incumbent is responsible for participating in running the Enterprise Access Governance operating model to address logical access risks commensurate with the Bank's risk appetite.
The incumbent is responsible for the following:
Perform required tasks for the Enterprise Access Governance function and troubleshoot system/non:system issues; tasks/issues relevant to Identity and Access Governance including access request, access certification, communication, and documentation of operational processes and procedures.
Interview business/application stakeholders to guide them to build access control matrices for applications.
Provide oversight over access such as recertification, privileged access, toxic combinations (i.e. SoD), etc. for applications and platforms
Support the business to understand their responsibilities with respect to logical access controls
Work closely with compliance, regulartory, and audit teams to address logical access issues with business partners
Manage and/or conducting detailed, risk:based evaluations of the design and operating effectiveness of Information Technology (IT) controls
Pursue security and control process improvements
Skills, Experiences and Functional Competencies:
The incumbent must possess the following skills:
Knowledge of Logical Access Control and Provisioning tools for Identity Access Management
Working knowledge of Bank's core systems and technology
Strong analytical skills
Excellent writing skills
Excellent working knowledge of standard MS Excel and other MS Office Suite
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Competent to work on complex projects independently
The following skills/knowledge would be an asset:
Knowledge of the ITIL service delivery methodology
Education and Other Requirements:
CISSP designation or equivalent (nice to have)
Sailpoint : Identity IQ experience (nice to have)
University degree or college diploma in a related field is preferred
Typically has five to seven years of IT experience
