The area is accountable for delivering strategic new technologies and infrastructure platforms for both Canadian Bank and International Banking to leverage for systems.
Knowledge of the Canadian Bank and International Bank systems is essential, along with technology stack for IBM Mainframe, Midrange and Cloud.
Lead in the:
Clear articulation of business outcomes; Definition of project solutions within the program; Negotiation and management of contractual obligations with third parties; Management of the delivery process; Provide consulting and guidance on project initiatives within the program; Maintaining the momentum and schedule of the projects within the program; Ongoing communication of program status including monthly financial timely reporting; Ensure the documentation and archiving of program activities.

Knowledge of Organization and Systems/Applications relative to our Canadian and International Bank; Service Excellence; Risk Management; Business Case Development; Finance and Accounting; Negotiation; Conflict Management; Listening; Facilitation; Managing in a Matrix Environment; Delegation; Meeting Management
Other Essential Skills:
: Results focused; Strategic Thinking and Influencing; Customer Focus
PMP Designation desired
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field. Project Management Institute Certification required. Or equivalent work experience.
Typically has 7:10 years of IT work experience, including 4 or more years managing projects. Requires prior management, supervisory or team leader experience.
